The objective was to define the key lines of Hijos de Rivera’s carbon neutrality strategy, as well as the actions to be developed in the first year of implementation.
The goals of the project were to gain an in-depth knowledge of the organisation (activities, locations, internal policies and strategies, etc.), as well as of the organisations in its sector (direct competition).
In this analysis phase, Global Factor’s consulting team took into account both the organisation’s environmental actions and strategies, as well as the European climate change requirements and policies (e.g. the European Green Deal). A roadmap for carbon neutrality was also developed, based on the knowledge acquired by the organisation.
