Project description<\/h4><\/div>

The project consisted of defining the potential of different Caribbean countries for the implementation of a new model based on the circular and blue economy. To do so, the Global Factor team analysed the current state of the territories under study and organised a selection of projects that could be financed under this model.<\/p>\n

Previously, the key elements of the circular and blue economy in the countries involved were identified and evaluated. National commitments to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) were analysed. From this, a search for existing initiatives that fit within the framework of the circular and blue economy was conducted in order to develop funding proposals and implementation schemes associated with these economic models.<\/p>\n<\/div>
