class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>Global Factor was contracted by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) to support developing countries in the process of putting renewable energy projects up for tender.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, we worked with the governments of Mali, Madagascar, Myanmar and the Philippines, providing training on designing renewable energy tender processes that are adapted to the local context and, subsequently, supporting the individuals responsible for the process, from drawing up the basis of the call for tender, up to publication.<\/p>\n<p>We primarily provided support on the technical aspects of hybridisation (including different technical alternatives of system design) as well as support on the requirements needed to draw up the documents for adjudication.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\"
