Finland now has 1,393 wind turbines producing a combined power of 5,677 megawatts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Of the country\u2019s total energy mix, wind power now averages 10 %, with figures only expected to grow as most of the turbines started producing electricity by the end of the year, meaning this will only be reflected in 2023 figures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The positive trend for wind energy is also set to continue in the coming years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By the end of 2025, it is expected that Finland will produce at least about 3,200 megawatts of new wind capacity, judging from the published investment decisions and projects under construction.
