The authorities were introduced to the Annex of the Scorecard for the inclusion of people with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Subsequently, on June 21, UNDRR conducted an in-person workshop in Montevideo to train the 11 cities on the local integration of risk reduction and climate adaptation agendas. The authorities were presented with recently developed climate resilience tools by UNDRR and the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), with technical support from Global Factor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The 11 municipalities committed to completing the filling out of each tool by the end of July, in order to finalize their risk assessments and resilience capacity evaluations, and then initiate the formulation of their local risk reduction and resilience plans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These activities are part of Stage B of the MCR2030 pilot initiative in Uruguay, which is coordinated by the national government. Participating in the pilot are the cities of Tranqueras (Rivera), Minas de Corrales (Rivera), Vichadero (Rivera), Mataojo (Salto), Villa Constituci\u00f3n (Salto), Guich\u00f3n (Paysand\u00fa), Young (R\u00edo Negro), Nueva Helvecia (Colonia), Ciudad del Plata (San Jos\u00e9), La Paloma (Rocha), and Bella Uni\u00f3n (Artigas).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Source:
