Afterwards and from the MITECO, the Deputy Director General of Energy Efficiency Jacobo Llerena gave an overview of the CAE system and the Royal Decree 36\/2023 and Guillermo L\u00f3pez, Technical Advisor also from the MITECO dedicated his speech to explain the Catalogue of energy saving measures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After a brief colloquium in which the attendees could ask several questions, Global Factor, represented by Mar\u00eda San Salvador del Valle, Senior Project Manager of Global Factor, presented a series of recommendations and good practices to participate in
