Project description
The main objective of the project is to support the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN) of El Salvador in the establishment of a web-based system, for monitoring and reporting progress in the implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC), in line with the reporting needs of the Paris Agreement Transparency Framework and the Sustainable Development Goals (Sdgs).
The project includes the participatory definition of indicators and the establishment of system governance, based on an analysis of its institutional capacity and the need for institutional arrangements.
