We are pleased to announce the acquisition and full integration of 100% of EDE Ingenieros, reinforcing our commitment to delivering more comprehensive and specialized services in sustainability, energy efficiency, and decarbonization. This marks the first acquisition within our inorganic growth plan in the field of environmental and energy efficiency consulting, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on countries such as Germany, France, and Italy.
This integration represents a key step in our strategy to expand technical capabilities and offer more in-depth, all-encompassing services to our clients. The incorporation of EDE Ingenieros, a benchmark in engineering and energy efficiency solutions, enhances our ability to undertake projects with a more technical and multidisciplinary approach.
Since its foundation in 1993, EDE Ingenieros has demonstrated steady growth and now has a team of specialists, most with over 15 years of experience in energy technologies, electrical installations, instrumentation and control, and civil works, among other fields. The firm has delivered nearly 290 energy-saving proposals, totaling over 30 million kWh/year.

Global Factor and EDE Ingenieros share a long-standing partnership, having worked together on key projects for over 15 years. Both companies, rooted in the Basque Country, have developed innovative solutions for industrial companies and the energy sector, with a strong regional presence. This previous relationship, built on trust and shared success, laid the foundation for this decisive union.
With this integration, we now consolidate a team of over 200 professionals distributed across six offices: Bilbao, Madrid, Seville, Mexico City, Quito, and Bogotá, thereby expanding our national and international reach.
