We offer full project lifecycle advisory services

  • Resource and EYA assessment, Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies, Site and Technology Selection, Optimization and portfolio integration
  • Climate Risk and ESG analysis and Preliminary Studies Review & Approval; Geotechnical, Topographical, Hydrological and Grid Impact Studies.
  • Technical support in transactions, including M&A, as Lender Technical Advisor and Technical Due Diligence Advisor.
  • Contracts (EPC, EPCM, O&M and PPA) and Financial and Economic Models review and support in Procurement processes until Financial Close and Ready to Build.
  • Technical support for PPA’s, off-take and interconnection agreements, including green certificates.
  • Technical Assistance, Project Management and PMC (Owners ‘Engineering, including design review, EPCM) during construction and acceptance stages and FAT/SAT QA/QC tests/inspections
  • Assistance and/or management in decommissioning
