Technical Assistance to advice Energy Public Agencies in Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan in market and tariff analysis for the development of solar technologies and Advisor to the power Utilities Azerenerji OJSC and Chakan GES in site selection and preparation of commercial feasibility studies to develop several scale up Floating PV plants in Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. The project has included the full procurement and connection to grid of Floating PV pilot plants
