Full Technical Assistance for the analysis of sites, technologies, market and regulatory framework of four hydroelectric power plants. It includes the evaluation of technical, social, political, gender, environmental, legal, and economic/financial feasibility, the identification of financing sources, and the analysis of associated risks for the implementation of Floating photovoltaic systems (FPV) in the four hydroelectric power plants and combined hydro/solar source integration into the grid.
