Project description
The maritime transport of people and goods is seriously affected by meteorological conditions. Not only is it a question of comfort for the crew and cargo, but rather each vessel has certain limitations which are closely related to the maritime conditions, mainly wind and the height of waves.
In light of the possibility of the introduction of new maritime transport routes in the Caribbean Sea, Meteoclim has carried out a climate study regarding the predominant monthly conditions of the maritime routes that exist in the zone, and the limitations or impediments that may be caused thereby taking into account the vessels or boats used.
